Day 4...Working Day

June 3, 2012
We were going to wake up early and go into Sea World for a few hours but instead we slept in, ate breakfast at The Sizzler and then went to Downtown Disney to look for souveniers.  Then I had to log into work.  I took full advantage of our enclosed balcony and sat out there and worked most of my day.  We overlooked the small lake and it wasn't too humid and there was a nice light breeze to cool me off.  And I wasn't bothered by bugs either because of the mesh screen that enclosed the patio.  The kids took a nap and then Tony took them over to Target and afterward they ran around the room for a while.

Day 3, We Actually Waited For and Saw A Parade!

June 6, 2012
Tony and I woke up and attended the timeshare presentation we had to make an appointment for.  If anyone has ever stayed in a timeshare, if you are at a different resort than where you own, they always want to take a "few hours of your time" for a presentation and they try to get you to purchase a timeshare.  The offer we received and could have taken advantage of was very appealing and if it was the right time, we probably would have jumped on the offer.  However, one item on the table that appeared sketchy was the "side deal" that could be used to sell your weeks and utilize those funds to take care of the maintenance fees and or/mortgage of the TimeShare.  Key words: Paypal Account, Help Me Take Care Of..., and reasonable prices to move inventory.  It seemed too good to be true and you usually know what that means...It Is!

Then we took the kids over to Epcot Center and rode some rides.  Tony took the boys to ride on Mission to Mars.  Knowing that was a tough ride and we weren't sure if Taylor was tall enough to ride, I took her and Emelia to the Character Spot so they could get pictures and meet some of the characters.  I wish we had brought our autograph books so they could also get the autographs of the characters but we figured with our PhotoPass and my own set of pictures we would have our trip very well documented.  I had purposely packed the ErgoBaby carrier with the knowledge that I would have to carry Emelia to keep her contained while waiting in lines since all of the attractions and some restaurants require that you park your strollers outside.  It definitely came in handy during our wait for the characters.

Then we ate dinner at The Garden Grill in The Land.  It was another character meal and we saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Chip and Dale, and Donald.  The food was really good as well.

After dinner we took advantage of the longer park hours and our Park Hopper tickets and went back to The Magic Kingdom.  I camped out in Frontierland for about an hour to save seats for The Electrical Light Parade.  Taylor had never seen it in person and was always watching Nana's video tape of the parade so this was something we wanted her to experience.  We had front row seating for it and both girls had a magical time.

We started our day at Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  This was an all you can eat buffet character breakfast.  Tony had placed onto our reservation that we were celebrating birthdays for himself and Anthony.  At the end of the meal they each received a chocolate cupcake and "Happy Birthday" buttons to wear.  The characters we saw were Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto.

After we had our fill of yummy breakfast, we went to The Magic Kingdom.  It was raining all day long and we got soaked.  It's a good thing that we packed rain ponchos and extra shoes.  We were all completely soaked from head to toe!  At one time while we were trying to wait out the rain, I took the girls to meet the Disney Fairies.  Of course the boys wanted no part of that so they schloshed through the puddles and went to ride on more indoor rides.

We then checked into our timeshare, The Westgate Resort and Towers.  The kids were exhausted and fell asleep in the car.  All of them except for Jackson.  He stayed up playing his D.S.

Once we were in the timeshare, we showered, warmed up and changed into warm clothes and dry shoes.  Then we went to eat dinner at The Sizzler and headed over to Target in order to pickup supplies for the week.  Due to The Magic Kingdom being opened late, we dropped off our supplies at the timeshare and went back to ride a few more rides.  Fortunately, the rain clouds cleared and the rest of the evening was very enjoyable.  We were able to get in a few more rides in the last 2 hours of the evening.  Later that night as the kids were getting ready for bed, Taylor lost her bottom tooth.  Of course the ToothFairy had to pay her a visit and give her $1 for her lost tooth.
